DECD announces a third statewide competitive financial and technical assistance round for October 2012.  The third round seeks to support critical brownfield redevelopment projects with our technical and financial programs to create immediate job growth or affordable housing opportunities.  Financial assistance will be available in loans from the Targeted Brownfield Development Loan Program.  This program will provide flexible terms to support projects that will have a strong economic impact in the form of job creation.  Below are links to the announcement letters and other information about the competitive funding.
